We know how difficult it can be to order via a Web site this is why we offer a 100% Guarantee on our Dog Bed Quality!

If upon receipt you are not satisfied with the quality or workmanship of the dog bed, return it to us. For returns due to a defect, beds must be unused and returned same packaging. Email or call us within 5 days of delivery to be issued a RAN # (Return Authorization Number).

To receive a refund all items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for the return of items. A delivery handling fee of $25.00 per returned item will also be charged. Damaged or Used beds will not be refunded. Sale items and due to health concerns, fleece covers cannot be returned.

In order to avoid the extra return charges, make sure you measure and choose wisely when ordering and do not hesitate to email us if you have any questions. If you find you are in need of a refund or exchange email us for a RAN #. Returns will not be accepted without the RAN#.

SHIPPING :

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of when we receive them, by UPS, Please allow 5 business days for delivery. Sorry, we are not able to ship outside the U.S. or PO Boxes.
